   Lots of ppl will tell you to use vegetables but please DO NOT because my friend asked her gyno about it and she said that they can cause infections

   You would want to use things that are clean so like don’t go get a maker that has been laying around the house and shove it in there….

   A hot dog works nicely…or if you’re really adventurous, go all out with a bratwurst.    If possible, swap out your standard shower head for a hand-held Water Pick or Delta hand-held. Any hand-held from Costco or Home Depot has multiple settings and at least 1 setting is sure to feel great! These are super easy to install . . . I’ve put one in every home or apartment I have ever had. You can just tell your parents that this makes it much easier to wash your hair or shave your legs. Good luck!

   pencils, brush handle, cell phone, you can put your vagina under the faucet of a bath tub, lot of things. mostly anything you can stick up there :)
