In islam we know that if we quick during ramadan as well as we masterbate your quick will break..But what happens if we quick during a 6 discretionary ones during a month of shawaal as well as if we masterbate afterwards does your quick mangle or is it still valid?

The same rule (of ramadan fast) applies to all prescribed fasts of Islam. By the way know about masturbation first according to the Islamic perspective
